Dental Care for Children
Dr. Tozzer founded Dental Care for Children to provide free dental care to destitute kids from the poorest areas of the immigrant communities in Southern California and to orphanages and schools in Mexico, Haiti and El Salvador. His philanthropy has been featured in magazines and newspapers in the United States and Mexico, including El Vigia, El Mexicano, the Irvine World News and the Orange County Register.
